Delta Mike’s sauces, rubs, jellies, and other value-added products are built for people who actually like heat—and want it to taste good. We grow our own peppers so we can push spice levels with intention, not shortcuts, layering real heat on top of bold, balanced flavor.

Some of these will make you sweat. Others will sneak up on you. None of them are here just to hurt you.

These are products meant to be cooked with, grilled with, and finished hard. Use them generously. Respect them slightly. Keep water nearby if you must.
