About Delta Mike's
Delta Mike's Pepper Company was born out of a love for all things hot... but the frustration of never being able to find fresh hot peppers at local markets was real. So we stopped looking and started growing. We started with a few choice varieties, grew them in containers, on balconies, wherever we could find the room and when we ran out of room we found more!
We took homegrown peppers and threw them in our home-cooking, then came the experimentation. The recipes we came up with, we couldn't get enough of -- our love of heat became an obsession, and we had to share it with our friends and families and community.
Today, on a tiny patch of land in Highlands, TX, we breed the hottest pepper varieties you'll ever find on earth, including: Habanero, Ghost Chili, Trinidad Scorpions, Carolina Reapers, Scotch Bonnet, Cayenne, Jalapeño and so many more.
We blend our peppers with fresh ingredients to make BAR-B-Q sauces, hot sauces and powder blends that will fuck your shit up.

Keeton Tucker is the founder of Delta Mike’s Pepper Company, a vertically integrated retail and e-commerce brand built around growing exceptional peppers and turning them into thoughtfully crafted, value-added products.
Before starting Delta Mike’s, Keeton built his career running operations for fast-growing manufacturing and e-commerce businesses. He managed procurement, inventory forecasting, vendor relationships, and fulfillment strategy—designing systems that supported rapid growth while protecting margins and minimizing waste. That experience now shows up in how Delta Mike’s plans its crops, schedules production, and brings sauces, rubs, jellies, and other products from field to shelf with intention and consistency.
Delta Mike’s is rooted in the belief that great products start long before the bottle. By growing its own peppers, the company maintains control over quality at every step, from seed selection to harvest to final production. Keeton’s background in operational planning and inventory management helps ensure that peppers are used at peak freshness, spoilage is kept low, and every product reflects the work that went into growing it.
Earlier in his career, Keeton served in operational leadership roles in the U.S. Army, where planning, coordination, and execution weren’t optional—they were expected. That experience shaped the philosophy behind Delta Mike’s: prepare carefully, execute deliberately, and don’t waste effort or resources. The name itself is a subtle nod to that mindset—clear, decisive, and purposeful.
Today, Keeton is focused on building Delta Mike’s Pepper Company into a sustainable, scalable brand that values craftsmanship, transparency, and flavor that stands on its own. No gimmicks—just well-grown peppers, smart systems, and products made to be used, shared, and enjoyed.
