Prep: Rinse immediately before use, remove the stem, and keep or remove the interior ribs depending on how much heat you want in the final dish.

Primary deployment: Slice, roast, pickle, dry, or blend into sauces, ceviche, chicken, rice dishes, salsa, and pepper paste. Start with a controlled amount and reinforce as needed.

Storage: Refrigerate unwashed pods in a breathable bag. Freeze whole or chopped for longer-term resupply.
