Prep: Rinse immediately before use, remove the stem, and wear gloves if you will be handling several pods or working with the interior membranes.

Primary deployment: Slice, roast, pickle, dry, or blend into yellow sauces, salsa, seafood, chicken, pickling, and powders. Start controlled, then reinforce until the heat is where you want it.

Storage: Keep unwashed pods refrigerated in a breathable bag. Freeze whole or chopped for longer-term resupply.
