Acclimate: Harden the seedling off over 7–10 days, beginning with short periods of outdoor shade and gradually increasing sun and wind exposure.

Establish: Transplant after cold nights have passed into the ground or a well-draining container of at least 5 gallons. Set it at the same depth it was growing, water it in thoroughly, and protect it from hard wind for the first few days.

Sustain: Provide full sun, consistent moisture, and balanced feeding. Add support before the plant becomes top-heavy, then harvest pods regularly to keep production moving.
