Peach Ghost Scorpion Peppers

Rare genetics. Serious firepower. Zero apologies.

Delta Mike's Peach Ghost Scorpion peppers bring tropical fruit and floral notes with a creeping, punishing burn, packed into peach-colored pods with rough superhot texture. This one operates in superhot territory and is not interested in negotiating.

Put them to work in bright sauces, powders, fruit-forward salsa, and high-heat glazes. Every pod is grown by Delta Mike's from seed to harvest, because outsourced firepower is still outsourced.

Flavor first. Pain second. Handle accordingly.

Safety brief: Wear gloves. Avoid touching your face, and use strong ventilation when cutting, cooking, or dehydrating these peppers.

Primary deployment: Start with a very small amount in bright sauces, powders, fruit-forward salsa, and high-heat glazes. You can always add more; extracting it from dinner requires a time machine.

Storage: Refrigerate unwashed pods in a breathable bag for short-term use, or freeze them whole for later missions. Wash immediately before use.
