Shake and deploy: Use as a finishing sauce, dipping sauce, burger reinforcement, or pulled-pork resupply.

On the grill: Brush on during the final 10–15 minutes of cooking so the sugars caramelize without burning. Layer thin coats instead of drowning the target all at once.

Field modification: Thin with a splash of apple cider vinegar for a mop sauce, or mix into ground meat, beans, or baked dishes for deeper smoke and sweetness.
